We usually have a festive SOTD at this time of year don't we? Sadly the band haven't offered a new Christmassy song like they did last year, but they do have a song called

Winter

so that'll have to do. ;p  In case you missed it, they've recently released a new version which is up for a Golden Globe (it was written for Jim Sheridan's war movie 'Brothers'). The original mix was included in 'Linear', Anton Corbijn's DVD which accompanies No Line On The Horizon.

I know I ask this periodically and get no response, but - does anyone fancy writing a Song Of The Day or several? They don't have to be as long-winded as this one. :p  In particular, we haven't covered any of the NLOTH tracks, and I think they'd be best tackled by members who properly appreciate them. Any volunteers...?
